PSI Submission Documents

There are different streams of PSI Submission Documents. These include:

‘STANDARD’ PSI Submissions – Open to sporting organisations of any kind (see ‘who can participate’).

‘COMMUNITY SPORTS’ Submissions – Specifically for grass roots community sporting clubs/associations, run predominantly by volunteers.

‘Standard’ Documents

  1. PSI Foundation Submission
  2. PSI Advanced Submission

Sporting Organisations must complete an EOI Request to receive submission documents. Upon receiving these documents, each sport will also receive further information about the submission process.

Submission documents will be distributed from 25th July 2023 onward.

‘Community Club’ Documents

  1. Community Submission

Community sports clubs and associations must complete an EOI Request to receive the submission document. Upon receiving this document, each club will also receive further information about the submission process.

Who can take part within the ‘Standard’ stream?

Any organisation can take part in the PSI, including (but not limited to) the following organisation types:

  1. National Sporting Organisations
  2. State Sporting Organisations
  3. Regional Sporting Organisations
  4. Elite + Professional Clubs
  5. Sporting Associations
  6. Activity Centres
  7. University Sports
  8. Aquatic Centres
  9. School Sports
  10. Sports Academies
  11. Sporting Institutes
  12. Government Sport Departments
  13. Independent Member-Based NFP’s
  14. Sporting Federations
  15. LGA Sport Departments
  16. Sports Tourism Agencies
  17. Sports Foundations
  18. Sports Media & Event Organisations
  19. Sports Education Institutions

Request Submission Documents

Who can take part within the ‘Community’ stream?

  1. Community Sports Clubs
  2. Local Sports Associations 

The ‘Community’ stream is only open to grass roots and community clubs/associations that are run predominantly by volunteers. 

All other sporting entities should complete the ‘Standard’ Submissions.

This submission stream is not available to National, State and Regional Sporting Organisations. 

Deadline

‘PSI Standard Foundation Submissions’ can be submitted at any time.

‘PSI Standard Advanced Submissions’ and ‘PSI Community Sport Submissions’ deadline is 9:00am (AEDT) Monday 12 February 2024.

No extensions

There is no possibility for extensions on ‘Advanced’ or ‘Community’ submissions. This is to ensure the equitable and fair opportunity for all organisations to have the same deadline. Any of these submissions received after the above deadline will not be considered.
